I’m super happy about my progress
I started working out again at 26 weeks pregnant. I’m a day away from having baby girl and did my before and after on my back..... I’m so happy. Pregnant and all I managed to workout 5x a week weight lifting and a cardio day (was a mile run, then 40 minute stair master session and when I couldn’t do that anymore I started walking 3 miles). Today was time to do a before and after on my back and I’m jumping with joy. May not be a huge difference but it’s enough for me. Once baby is born imma kill it at the gym, can’t wait.
