Has anyone ever lost a house they put a contract on that was perfect ? We sold our condo and knew we wanted this house! I’m 3 months pregnant and now getting high anxiety about where we are going to live. We are at my moms but her condo only allows guest for 30 days !! We live in a city where it takes people years to find homes because its old and VERY expensive so when I found one in our budget 1.5 years looking and had everything I could ever dream of ... I was over the moon!! Planning which room for the baby nursery and everything. Its my first child so the feeling to want to nest is real. Any words of encouragement? I’m very emotional and taking it very hard. Our realtor was my moms friend and she put the wrong date on the contract . That’s what happen!!! Horrible. I just want to dream and buy everything baby !! I haven’t even been able to do a pregnancy announcement or anything bc Iv been dealing with all this plus work. Thanks 🙏🏻 😢
