My body is mean 😔

Af was about a week late. I got multiple Evaps which made me question it. Then af started pink spotting, 2 “normal” days, back to spotting. That ended 3 days ago. I now have some crazy cramps again, sore breasts, nausea and watery cm. Why must my body hate me.😩
