Symptoms come and go

Hi ladies! Does anyone else feel like their symptoms come and go? It’s making me nervous that they aren’t consistent. I’m 6 weeks today and I don’t have any morning sickness. Just sore breasts that sometimes is worst than others and then some cramping. I’m nervous because my cervix hasn’t become high and soft yet like it’s supposed to. Ugh the first tri is the worst lol! Because I had an IUI on a medicated cycle, I go in on Tuesday for my ultrasound. Hope all goes perfect!
