CoQ10 Ubiquitol?

Does anyone else take CoQ10 for fertility? I have been taking it in the regular form 200mg but read i should be taking the ubiquitol form? I’ve read mixed information and I’m confused. Does anyone have advice on this?

I’ve also recently started taking the COQ10 200 mg after doing some research online. Ubiquinol is the active form of coq10 which means it’s readily available for body to absorb where the coq10 will get converted to ubiquinol in our body for its function. At least, that is my understanding of it. Hope it helps.

This is my first month taking it and today the doctor believes I may have had implantation bleeding 😊
