TMI: baby poo

My son is 5 months and 3 weeks and just wondering if this is normal or not. .. it looks different to me or it’s just me overthinking it . He recently has been on meds for 8 days for flu .. but it seem like he was having trouble going and then I heard big toot .. is this to be concerned about
