I came across a video that my son was watching on YouTube it’s only shows like 30 seconds of it but the guy was skateboarding and while he was skating a kid was running around and the skater accidentally ran into him causing the kid to fall and hit his head

And then the mother came after hearing him crying and attacking the guy for running into her son the guy kept saying it was an accident and he was sorry and the lady pushed him and punched him

Do you think it was the skaters fault

Or the mothers for letting her kid play knowing people are there to skate
