SORE BOOBS

My boobs get SO SORE for the entire week before my period every single month like clockwork (I’m on the pill). I’m a DDD and I can’t even stand not wearing a bra during this time. Anyone else have some pointers on relief?? They’re so swollen and tender. I’m currently squeezed into a sports bra for bed time. ☹️
