Am i pregnant or not???

Hi Guys so about 2 weeks about intpok a hpt and it wasnpositove so i went to the doctors to confirm with a blood test - the results came back negative and i was so confused! ever since my body was just telling me that somthing is different and took more pregnancy test after that until yesterday theynall came back negative BUT today itnwas positve again and its clearly a pink line! not and Evap because it came up straight away!! please help me anyone!! here is a picture of the test i took today! andwers PLEASE ANYONE! xxxxx
