Aiden is definitely a boys name in my opinion

I love it for a girl. I would've named my daughter Aidan if one my son's name wasnt Kaden and my husband's best friend's name wasn't Aidan. I don't see how people say it's definitely a boy's name seeing as Hayden, Jayden, Kaden are all considered Unisex.

I have a friend who's a girl and her name is Michael, same as the boy's name, and she was always so embarrassed by the fact it was a boy's name. Also, substitute teachers would read the roll and not believe her when she answered for Michael and she was always mortified.
