Hair not growing

Can someone help me with this 😩

I used to have long beautiful curly hair and I would cut it and it’d grow back so extremely fast. Like I cut 6 inches off and it took no time to come back! Then I got pregnant. I cut my hair to my shoulders thinking “eh it grows so fast, in a few months it’ll be back”

Yeah.. its been 7 months and it hasn’t grown at all. Like literally, at all. Not even an inch.

How can I make it grow again 😩😩

I wash once a week, don’t use heat, only comb it gently, don’t dye it
