What is this on my newborns arm ???

My baby boy is almost 7 weeks and has had this on his arm for over a week. At first I though maybe I pinched him somehow but it’s been there for so long I’m kinda thinking it something else. It isn’t bumpy or anything. Do you guys have any ideas ?

maybe he's getting moisture trapped in that crevice at night (like sweating or drool) and keeping the elbow closed up tight enough that it's causing a rash. I don't really like baby powder but some talcum powder on the joint before bedtime to keep it dry may help. You could try bottom cream but I don't know if that would help as much.

My son gets the same thing in his arm pits and under his knees we put aveeno baby eczema therapy moisturizer cream on it 2 times a day and it helps out a lot
