Provera - can I actually be pregnant?!?

Ladies I need HELP! Because I missed my period 2 months ago, my doctor put me on Provera and I finished taking it last Saturday. I know it typically takes up to 2 weeks to get a period after taking the pills, but I decided to test just in case since I haven’t gotten it yet (7 days after taking it). I got a positive test and I’m not sure if I’m actually pregnant or if the test is picking up the Provera? I tried googling if there’s HCG in Provera but there’s nothing out there 😞 I don’t want to get my hopes up, but can I actually be pregnant?!?!
