Yesterday I had contractions from 9pm to 1am. every 4 to 7 minutes. being only 35wks I tried to relax l, take a warm bath and lay down. I checked myself (I am an RN) and she is definitely head down (could feel her head) but I was only 1-2cm and soft 30%effaced which is no different from my norm. I'm starting to cramp again after finally getting up and around. I am suppose to have a csection at 37/38wks and if I go into active labor they will just do it so I'm cautious to go into labor and delivery. Even RNs like advice from other mamas so I am wondering if this seems like labor is about to start? true labor won't go away.
