Could it be teething?

My almost 11 week old is CONSTANTLY putting his fists in his mouth and rubbing against his gums. He doesn’t do it to show hunger and isn’t really sucking on them. He’s also drooling a ton. I know teeth aren’t supposed to come in until around 6 months, but could it be starting already? He’ll be 3 months on the 29th of April.

The salivary glands mature at this age so all the drooling starts. Everything you described sounds like normal development. He’s just exploring. 
Some babies teeth very early but it’s not very common. My baby showed all the “classic teething signs” at 4 months old and her first tooth did come until 7.5 months.

It’s totally normal at this age. Babies explore their environment by putting things in their mouth (and slobber because they don’t swallow), and he’s probably just discovered his fists. My son has been gnawing on his fists for months and no teeth yet.

My son did that at 3 months and drooled like crazy but he didn’t start teething until 6 months.

He’s so cute. That hair looks like you put a little w g on him because his eyebrows are so light. Could be teething, mine teethed early. Sometimes they start drooling and it lasts months until a tooth comes in.
