Running advice
I'm 14 yrs old and do track. I want to start running more during the off season instead of just during the season. I wake up at 5:30 for school mornings. What would be a good time to wake up to go on runs and how long should i run for. Also what are some good workouts to do over the summer or some good runs to do. Because I want to get abs or at least get rid of my belly fat.
