post partum tum

I'm 17 weeks pp, I am back to my weight that I was when I was pregnant. I'm getting depressed about it. I swim 3 times a week and my job is super physically active. however what really gets me is that I can't hard core work out. I have herniated discs and I'm in constant excruciating pain. I have a hard time bending over to pick up my daughter most days. my fiance tells me I'm fine and I'm working on it but I've always been a balls to the wall kind of work out girl. if I am gonna work out I am gonna WORKOUT. I just need some support I guess.
