Is it safe to dye my hair ??

I think watching what you eat is a million times more important than hair dye, though my doc said to refrain from dye during first trimester. Eating food sprayed in pesticide, or milk and meat filled with antibiotics and pus, or fast food with chemicals and heavy preservatives - that’s all going directly into your body to your baby.

I also can't tell you yes or no, but I've dyed my hair with each pregnancy. Although, like another said, I didn't dye it until I was in the second trimester or farther. I'll be 15 weeks tomorrow and I plan on dying it on Saturday, as I leave for a vacation in Bermuda early Sunday morning 😊 if it wasn't for vacation I would probably wait a couple more weeks, but that's just personal preference.

I do every month or so,  I don't want to tell you false information but I found that hair dye is an over blown danger.  From what I understood very very small amount absorb through the skin and its not dangerous.  I did see that you need to stay in a ventilated room though.
