MIL doing whatever she wants while she babysits

I have a routine with my son, took a very very long time for him to get used to it. Eat at 4:30 pm, nap around 5-5:30 pm, get up about 6. She decides not to feed them, let me step kids beat my one year old son up. Wouldnt let him up to walk, kept pushing him, and screaming in his face. Ive asked many a time not to let them hurt my son. Hes one and can not defend himself. What does she do? TAKE A VIDEO OF IT AND POST IT ON FACEBOOK and saying they are playing. No. Given up on ever getting a break again.
