SO I’m making this for myself but of course others are welcome to post to keep them selves on track . I was doing great and had lost about 15 pounds .. BUT then life happened and my eating habits got trashy and now I’m up about 8 pounds . So I have to hit the gym and get my eating habits back on track. Im meal prepping today and I’m gonna do weekly weigh ins every Sunday ! Feel free to join in!
