Post D&C Pains?

Hey friends! So I had a D&C; last Tuesday after losing our baby at almost 9 weeks, and honestly the first 2 days were so easy. Barely any pain or bleeding! But now, almost a week post surgery, I am bleeding slightly more (still only when wiping) BUT the cramps are so horribly bad. I literally feel out of breath when they come because they are so sharp. It feels like a throbbing ache that intensifies and releases over and over. Has anyone else had this happen? I'm just freaked out that this is happening further post-op as opposed to immediately after the D&C.; It seems weird to me.
