I went for my first tv ultrasound this morning at exactly 6w and technician saw two gestational sacs but only one heart beat. The second sac was very hard for her to see because of its location behind other sac, so unable to determine viability as of today. She said it’s still too early to tell but could possibly be vanishing twin and will rescan in 2 weeks to check progress.

It’s going to be a really long 2 weeks so I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with a similar situation.
