So I will be three weeks postpartum tomorrow and still am experiencing strong cramps, along with severe nausea and occasional bright red blood along with the normal tan and yellow discharge.

This is my second baby, and delivered vaginally - don’t remember the intense cramps and nausea with my daughter. I’m taking just prenatal, and Motrin 600mg as needed (but that doesn’t help past the normal aches and pains).

Any other postpartum mommas got an idea of how long this will last or is this is normal?
