I have always been the fit one out going live to go and have fun didn’t have any body issues everyone always talked about how skinny i am. How good i look. Weighing 100 pounds even after having my son and. Then hitting my mid 20’s and then thing changed went up to 150 then i joined the military went back down to 135. I faced one of my worst nightmares in life i was raped by someone i didn’t really know but looked at as family since we were on the same ship. I didn’t tell anyone for a year it turned my life upside down. I stopped caring i didn’t want to die but i no longer wanted to live i knew i had to keep going for my son but everything else in my life i didn’t see purpose for it. When i came out i was out on antidepressants and i have gained a tun of weight. I am now 172 pounds. I need to face everything to move forward. Well today i choose to better my future.
