Feeding solids before 6months(or 4months for that matter)
Before someone gets on my case NO I do NOT plan on feeding solids before an appropriate age.
However while learning about why to wait till 6months, I kept reading that feeding solids after 4-6months can reduce the risk of allergies? Does anyone know how this works? What is the link with feeding solids before 6months and developing food allergies?
Am I not understanding correctly?
