Really bad hemorrhoids

I have very painful hemorrhoids right now, I cry just from walking or standing. Any tips on how to ease the pain? I’ve been using cotton balls soaked in witch hazel but I’m not noticing any relief? This pain is making it hard for me to care for my newborn
