Baby's head measuring large

I am 11 weeks 6 days today. I went this past Saturday to get an ultrasound done at a private, non-medical ultrasound place. They didn't say anything at the time, but looking back on tbe ultrasound photos I'm seeing that they did crown measurements and estimated baby's gestation at over 16 weeks. At the time I was 11 weeks 4 days. Should I be concerned? I have a doctor's appointment a week from today, so I can ask about it then.
