38+5 NEED ADVICE 😌

So...I only peed 15 minutes ago and I already need a pee again?! I can’t STOP going for a pee, I do empty my bladder completely every time I go and I had contractions yesterday which left about 3-4 hours after they started, my leg and foot has been completely numb all day and is driving me mad!! Anyone know what’s going on? 😳😩 also had dizziness for the past 2-3 days 😕😕
