iui's anyone have success on 1st round

I just had my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> and am in the 2ww I'm super nervouse as I've been ttc for 13 years. have endometriosis but got it removed 2 months ago. wondering if anyone has had luck on their 1st round of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>
