This is me, 2 months post partum vs 5 months post partum! I started eating a plant-based diet and dropped 20 lbs right away. Now I’ve been adding in some working out so hopefully more changes will come soon :) I love my body both ways because it keeps me alive and running and has never failed me! I’d love to hear everyone’s stories and see their pictures as well, so we can all help motivate eachother :)
