What is like to experience labour and pregnancy

Hey everyone, first if I want to start by saying I don't know if this is the right place to post something like this so if you think another group can help me please give me a message and let me know. Being a young lass and wanted to have children in the future, I've always worried a little about the labour pains and the pregnancy symptoms such as morning sickness. Does anyone know how I can experience this kind of stuff without actally being pregnant. I've seen videos were men have these machines on them that let me experience period pains or things as such, of anyone knows how I can find and access that kind of stuff then please let me know.
