Poop help ?!?!

I had to poop but it won’t come out , it hurts my butthole too much . It’s not soft enough I guess and it’s too big round . What can I do ? I don’t wanna push too much or hard I’m 3 weeks PP

Stool softeners! I used the women’s laxatives, popped in 2 and I was better in an hour or two! 
Just don’t make plans for the day, cause sometimes they work TOO well lol.

Cucumber water. I have digestive tract issues and my poop is often really hard or I’m constipated. The cucumber water helps me go within a couple of hours and softens it. Still softeners and laxatives do not work with me at all. But the cucumber water does

Prune juice! But be careful, it can give you bad diahrrea fast! But it worked well for me!
