Bed rest?

Meg

So I went to my doctor last week and told her again I’m still have Braxton-Hicks. I’ve been having them for about 4 weeks every

Night and they last about an hour and then go away. She mentioned bed rest as a way to stop them, Thing is I do not want to go on bed rest. Isn’t there a test or something so they can make sure they are truly Braxton-Hicks and are Doing nothing. I’m 34 weeks with my second. With my first I didn’t have this until like 36 weeks so they didn’t seem concerned. My husband wants me to go on bed rest but if there is no risk to baby then I really don’t want to.
