have stopped taking vitex this month and not sure if I have ovulated, I had an awful pain in my side all day yesterday but was away for the weekend, and afraid i've missed 2 days this month 😢

It's hard to say without seeing any raised temps post supposed ov. You need to have 3 consecutively raised temps higher than the 6 previous temps to confirm ov has happened. It's unlikely you ov'd CD12 with a negative opk CD11. My guess would be maybe CD 13, 14, 15 or maybe it's not even happened yet, like I said there's no way to know for sure without more temps or a positive opk. I would continue to chart and definitely keep BDing until you see those raised temps to give yourself the best chances! Good luck and lots of baby dust :)
