EWCM Twice during Cycle - PCOS

I’m four days away from my period, and for the second time this month I’m having EWCM. I have PCOS... is it possible I didn’t ovulate the first time and my body is trying again? I’ve been so tired and nauseous all weekend. Super achy/crampy. Any ideas?
