I plan to call and speak to an occupational therapist but I just wanted any insight or experience anyone might have on this. My son (21 months) has always been very bothered whenever me and his dad try to have any type of conversation whether it be in the car or at home. We can’t speak to each other at all around him especially while we’re feeding him or he loses it screaming and crying like he’s in pain. Sometimes he will do this when I wipe him during diaper changes but the biggest issue is us talking around him. I don’t know what to make of it. He also freaks out right when a friend of mine will get in the car but he’s fine anywhere else around them. Is it a normal baby/toddler thing or something else? Idk but it’s getting very stressful on us.
