Help everyone

Is it possible to get a false positive with colour from over saturating a test? This one I held in mid flow and couldn’t believe my eyes so squeezed a bit more into a container and the second test was negative. The first one came up immediately but I feel I was more accurate with how you are meant to use the test with the second one 😬
