Is it safe?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant. Is it safe for me to use a fleet enema? I am so constipated and uncomfortable I can not stand it anymore. I've tried Miralax. Milk of magnesia. Prune juice. Prunes and apricots. I already drink tons of water. I don't know what else to do.

I uses one in my third trimester but I poured out the actual fluid and used warm water instead just to be on the safe side. It helped a lot!

Have you tried fleet glycerin liquid suppositories?  Not the whole shebang of an enema,  but very helpful for moving very hard stool.
