Is it normal for super weird periods after giving birth? I got my first period 8 weeks postpartum and it was so heavy I'd get out of bed in the morning and feel like I peed my pants. I bleed heavy like that for 2 weeks straight stopped bleeding for 5 days and have been bleeding very heavy again for 12 days now. At first is was black old blood now it's been super bright red and tons of it. Not sure if this normal? Also could it be caused from starting heavy ab workouts 6 weeks after my c-section?
