Please Read!!!

On December I had my daughter and I’m EBF. For the first month, I was losing weight and everything was great weighing 140 now I’m 168 I’m 5’2 . I get so hungry . I eat peanut butter and jelly or a sandwich , cookies , chips. Anything to make me feel full. I’m Hispanic so my family likes to eat beans , rice and we eat a lot of red meat. I just know where to start to start losing weight . Now, they started drinking coke so now, I’m drinking some . Any advice of where I can start. I feel so horrible I see myself gaining weight so fast.
