help losing weight!

Hey ladies! so I'm going to start college in the fall and I want a fresh start to myself! I have lost weight before but gained it all back plus some. I have found it harder since I've gained it all back to accept myself and how I look. I am just simply not happy. if anyone could share their diet tips and or workout tips that have helped them lose a significant amount of weight that would be great! I want to look like a whole new person and be comfortable in my own body. thanks ladies!!
