Looks like someone drew on me with a sharpie

I’m only 5 weeks and I’m sooo veiny. They aren’t like varicose veins but I can clearly see them on my legs, boobs, arms and even the palms of my hands. Parts of me think it’s more than one baby because it looks like blue sharpie was drawn me😂😅 I know it’s normal too.
