Blogging?

Question

Does anyone have a blog they run? If so how do you earn money from them?
I’m hopeless when it comes to this and I’m thinking of setting one up to earn a little extra and blog anout life or far/experiences! 
Any advice welcome!

I was thinking of something like family life and life with a busy household. (3kids and pets, the most stressful of all the husband 😆) advertising children’s things and pet items and whatever else comes up along the way!

Bloggers usually get their money from advertising & paid partnerships. The successful ones usually have a huge amount of followers and people actually buying the products they advertise! A lot of bloggers will offer discount codes on what they're advertising & this is how the companies see if they're worth paying to get customers or not - The more it's used the more it's working the more they'll continue to be paid to advertise & to bring in custom! So before you can really consider approaching companies etc you need a good follower base and people interested in seeing/reading what you post. It's all about self advertisement and making people aware of your blog and making people want to continue coming to your blog! Start off with some products you love; clothing brands, cosmetics, lifestyle etc! Whatever your blog will be based around write about them and advertise them & just build up from the bottom! I've heard it takes a very long time & it won't be a quick cash flow over night but those that it works for I know it works very well but it's hard work, as much as if looks like a walk in the park!
