Pregnancy symptoms With Endometriosis (lots of question hope to be answered)

Hey Ladies, I'm just wondering, for those of you with endometriosis and trying to get pregnant. What symptoms did you get prior to finding out? Did you feel they were different to common symptoms, did you get anything that led you to believe you were pregnant or was it relatively normal for you and you were shocked to find out? And if you got cramps, what did they feel like? I have irregular periods and I have endometriosis. I have been trying to fall pregnant for 8 months now and I Just feel like I'm ready for disappointment in another negative. Pain started just before a week that I could be due for my next period, lower back pain and cramping with a contracted/tight burst of pain that happens now and then but being irregular it changes sometimes if I get pain a couple weeks before or a day before etc... Sometimes my symptoms change lately in ways to, so I'm finding it stressful as if I don't know my own body anymore. it's always so damn painful when my period hits of course cause of this disease. I can't tell whats different or not if I was to be pregnant though and if it will be different , just a wait until I get it or don't and have my answer. Which I'm happy to wait and try again, it just hurts how it is so difficult and feels impossible, something my partner and I are ready for and want a family and even 8 months feels like forever of trying. I'm hoping some of you understand what I mean and where I'm coming from. So,,. I'm just curious if people have had similar situations and things felt normal then turned out pregnant or did you have anything that really stood out to you. Tell me everything! Thanks :)
