High Heart Rate

Hello I have a fitbit and usually my heart rate is in the 60s but since I woke up this morning my heart rate has been in the 90s-120. I feel I have a fever. I have back pain, ear ache, headache, nausea and I feel so sleepy and dizzy. Anybody heart rate ever increase when sick?
