Motivation to exercise?
How do you ladies find the motivation to exercise? I have time, so that’s no longer an excuse, it’s just actually getting myself to do it. I’m a healthy size and weight, so there’s no motivation that I NEED to in order to have kids or lower my risk of anything. I want to be stronger and fitter and happier with my body, I’m just too lazy to get up and do it. Any advice?
