I haven't gotten my period back after having my baby it's been a couple months since I've had her. Well me and my husband had sex and the condom broke it was beginning of the month I have no clue when to test should I wait until next month?

Just wait 3 or 4 weeks from the day you had sex and take a test then.

I wouldn't spend money on a test based on your period. Mine was (and still is 13 months later) all over the place. If you start showing symptoms, then I would test.

If you are breatsfeeding it can keep your period away for a while. I didn't get mine back until my daughter was 8 months old.

Periods can be really inconsistent for a year or more post partum, I didn't get mine at all until almost 6 months. It's still really sporadic at 10 months pp.
