Had a ultrasound last night at the emergency room

So ladies with a lot of experience I had a ultrasound last night of my new baby and all I seen was a black hole how far would y’all say I am. The emergency room doctor wouldn’t give me a answer he just said “ your def pregnant “ my ob appointment is Thursday but idk I doubt he is gunna check just yet.
