Nutritionists? Are they worth it?
I'm really struggling to lose weight and get where I want to. I go to the gym everyday and I have a very active job also. But I cant just seem to be getting the results I want very quickly. I lack confidence too and I stupidly eat crap I shouldn't when I'm feeling low or feel like Im a fat penguin, like today as If eaten 2 Cadburys Chocolate Finger trays!! Its getting out of control and I think I need help.
