Replacing bottle with sippy cup?

Question

Is everyone trying to transition from bottle to sippy cup by baby’s 1st birthday? My daughter only really gets a bottle in the morning and at night but a sippy cup during the day. I think I’ll start switching out the morning bottle with her sippy cup and than getting rid of the bottle at night by her birthday.. what is everyone else planning?

My son doesn’t even like formula from a sippy cup at all 😩 he will only drink water out of a sippy cup.

We started to do pretty good only a bottle at night but now that I’m close to my due date she’s regressing back to only wanting milk in a bottle 3 times a day 😭 will not touch milk if it’s in a sippy cup. Takes a sip and throws the cup. I’ve left it out for her, I’ve even tried to hold it for her. Or she drinks it but then spits it down her chin She’ll be a year old in a week, I dont know what to do anymore.

My baby nurse so she only get a bottle at daycare that’s it and nurse when she’s with me during meals car rides etc I put water in her cup

Our daughter is 10.5 months and hasn’t had a bottle for a few weeks now! Just her sippy cup.

Thanks for the reply’s!! I’m going to try and drop the morning bottle soon and see if she will drink out of her sippy cup but I’m scared she will spit it out or just won’t focus long enough to really drink.. she’s been sick so I haven’t been pushing it.. good luck everyone!!! 😍
